亦是此中所違文也。按彼論云：問：生第二靜慮或生上地，若有尋有伺眼等識現在前，云何此地無尋無伺？若不現前，云何於彼有色諸根而領受彼地境界？

This is also a passage contradicted here. According to that treatise: Question: When one is born in the second dhyāna or born in a higher stage, if an eye-consciousness or the like accompanied by vitarka and vicāra becomes present, how can this stage be without vitarka and vicāra? If it does not become present, how could one experience the objective spheres of that stage through the material faculties there?
