諸識相望有決定者，然非一切，故云少分。此決定識不取為難，以決定識是所依故，故除之也。

Among the consciousnesses mutually related, there are determinate ones; yet not all are such, hence it says 'a minor part'. These determinate consciousnesses are not taken as the objection, because determinate consciousness is a basis (āśraya); hence it is excluded.
