施為無擁，名為自在。夫將變現隨欲而成，有所觀察，莫不明悟。
Acting without impediment is called mastery. Whenever one is about to manifest transformations, they are accomplished according to one's wish; whatever one observes, there is none that is not clearly comprehended.
