4.312

為非唯此第一之過，而更有下等流等難，為生下論故致此言。有疏言初，理亦得也，今從此字。

To show that it is not only this first fault, but that there are further objections below regarding outflow-concordance and so forth, in order to give rise to the subsequent treatise text, these words were set down. Some copies of the Commentary say 'first' (初); the principle is also plausible, but here we follow the character 'this' (此).
