答：以此二天外境多化，故於內情亦無配攝。由此取下二空天者，不違自他害等四句，亦順對法，理應無爽。

Answer: Because external objects for these two heavens are mostly emanated, there is also no pairing or appropriation regarding internal feelings. Therefore, taking the lower two aerial heavens does not contradict the four clauses of harming oneself, harming others, and so forth, and also accords with the Abhidharmasamuccaya-bhāṣya; in principle there should be no error.
