言等流者相似之義。七、五所緣本質之境，皆是本識相分攝故。

The word "outflow-equivalent" (niṣyanda) means similarity. This is because the fundamental objects (mūla-dharmin) taken by the seventh and the five [consciousnesses] are all subsumed under the objective aspect of the fundamental consciousness.
