答：雖亦識蘊，遮彼外難而有此言，為外難云行相思量與思何別？故今答云：行相體者既是識蘊，相亦同之。思即行蘊，故不相例。

Answer: Although it is also the consciousness aggregate, this statement is made to ward off an external objection. The external objection says: How is the cognitive reflection that is an ākāra different from intention (cetanā)? Therefore it is answered now: since the essence of the ākāra is the consciousness aggregate, its form is also the same. Intention is the saṃskāra aggregate, so they are not analogous.
