依定得通，能起變化。由彼硬澁無堪任性，能障於彼變化等事。變化之障，依主得名。

Relying on concentration, one attains supernormal powers and can produce transformations. Due to that stiff and rigid unfitness, it can obstruct such matters as transformations. 'Obstacle of transformations' gets its name as a determinative compound (tatpuruṣa).
