詳曰：非為略也，為引《大論》識起多少以之為難，本論既舉藏識為法，所以不得難於無學，故疏為正。若也不取彼文為理，而難無學即無傷也。

I examine this and say: It is not an abbreviation; it quotes the Great Treatise's number of arising consciousnesses to raise an objection. Since the root treatise posited the storehouse consciousness as the thesis-phenomenon, one cannot raise an objection against the non-trainee; therefore the Commentary is correct. If one does not take that text as the principle, then objecting against the non-trainee does no harm.
