此難意云：若也，定許法觀及果皆平等者，八他已去無非法觀及法果時，即應恒時起平等智。

The intent of this objection is: If one definitely allows that both the contemplation of phenomena and its fruit are the equality [wisdom], then from the eighth bhūmi onwards, when there is no time that is not the contemplation of phenomena and its fruit, the equality wisdom should constantly arise.
