以八地上法觀不恒，證上三地而第七識得有法執，或以此論而為證也。即此文云：猶起法執不相違故。

Taking the non-constancy of the contemplation of phenomena on the eighth bhūmi and above as proof that on the higher three bhūmis the seventh consciousness can still have dharmagrāha; or taking this Treatise as proof. That is, as this text states: 'Because it does not conflict with dharmagrāha still arising.'
