第六法執地地既斷，云何得言所知障在？若言言有據小有者，此亦不然。既法執起煩惱應行，如疏下難。

Since the dharmagrāha of the sixth [consciousness] is severed stage by stage, how can one say that the cognitive obstacle (jñeyāvaraṇa) remains? If one says that stating its presence refers to a slight presence, this also is not so. Since dharmagrāha arises, afflictions (kleśa) ought to be active, as the Commentary objects below.
