釋曰：顯正義也。有大乘說，染污意外有別世善，世善能引能治見道，應彼相生治障理也。

The explanation says: This reveals the correct position. Some Mahāyānists say that apart from the defiled mind there is a distinct mundane wholesomeness; mundane wholesomeness can induce the darśana-mārga that counters it, which conforms to the principle of their mutually giving rise to one another and countering hindrances.
