此救意云：質礙名為色，無表無礙尚名色，心法雖相應，縱不相應亦心法，若不相應即非心，應無質礙即非色。

The intent of this rescue is to say: Having obstructive materiality is termed 'matter' (rūpa); avijñapti, though unobstructed, is still termed matter. Mental dharmas, though associated, are still mental dharmas even when unassociated. If what is unassociated is not mind, then what lacks obstructive materiality should not be matter.
