論：此中顯示辨揚語化，成所作智，隨諸眾生意樂差別，現化語業，說種種義，斷諸疑惑。謂發一音，表一切義，令諸有情隨類獲益。

Treatise: Here is revealed the vocal transformation of elucidation. The wisdom of action, conforming to the inclinations of sentient beings, manifests vocal transformations to explain various meanings and sever all doubts. That is, uttering a single sound, it expresses all meanings, causing sentient beings to attain benefit according to their kind.
