答：有兩釋。一如《燈》辨，一云按《正法念處經》及《俱舍論》。北欝單越定有生天後報之業，無想諸天定有欲界後報業也。餘地不定，所以偏說。

Answer: There are two explanations. One is as explained in the *Deng*. The other says that, based on the *Saddharmasmṛtyupasthāna-sūtra* and the *Abhidharmakośa-bhāṣya*, Uttarakuru definitely possesses karma with subsequent retribution of being born in heaven, and the non-conceptual gods definitely possess karma with subsequent retribution in the desire realm. In other planes it is indeterminate; hence it is singled out.
