釋曰：於上二界緣定起愛方得潤生，離異熟識餘種子體定不可得者，非欲廛沒心有彼種子體，生滅不俱故。

The exposition states: In the upper two realms, it is only by taking concentration as an object and giving rise to attachment that one is able to moisten birth. 'Apart from the retribution-consciousness, any other seed-entity is definitely unattainable' means: it is not that the death-mind belonging to the desire realm has the entity of those seeds, because arising and ceasing are not simultaneous.
