即彼論云：頌說及言兼攝欣、厭。厭謂厭背，如緣苦、集；欣謂欣向，如緣滅、道，此二互起必於一心，不得俱生。雖唯是善，非遍善心，故善大地法中不別標顯。

That treatise itself says: "The word 'and' in the verse additionally subsumes delight and revulsion. Revulsion means turning away in disgust, as when taking suffering and origin as objects; delight means joyfully directing oneself toward, as when taking cessation and the path as objects. These two arise alternately, necessarily in different thoughts, and cannot arise together. Although they are solely wholesome, they do not pervade all wholesome minds; therefore, they are not separately designated among the wholesome mahābhūmika dharmas."
