亦遮經部信、精進，二通三性故。故《成實論．信品》中云：信通三性，精進亦爾。

This also refutes the Sautrāntika view that faith and vigor both extend to the three moral qualities. Therefore the Faith Chapter of the Tattvasiddhi-śāstra states: "Faith extends across the three natures, and vigor does likewise."
