即《攝大乘》第七頌云：清淨增上力堅固心勝進，名菩薩初修無數三大劫。又。按《瑜伽》五十七云：問：世尊依何根處說如是言？於如來所淨信深固根生建立。一切世間，若諸沙門、若婆羅門、若天魔、梵，無有如法能引奪者？答依信根說，此顯其信於聞、思、修勝堅固義。

This refers to the verse in fascicle 7 of the Mahāyānasaṃgraha: "With the superior power of purity and the supreme advancement of a firm mind, this is called the bodhisattva's initial cultivation during three incalculable great eons." Furthermore, examining fascicle 57 of the Yogācārabhūmi, it says: "Question: Relying on what faculty did the World-Honoured One make this statement: 'Pure faith in the Tathāgata is deeply firm, rooted and established; no one in all the world, whether śramaṇa, brāhmaṇa, deva, Māra, or Brahmā, can legitimately take it away'? Answer: It is spoken relying on the faculty of faith; this reveals that his faith is supremely firm with respect to [wisdom resulting from] hearing, reflection, and cultivation."
