《百法》顯癡通於利鈍，故安鈍利兩惑中間，《唯識》明癡是不善根，故貪、嗔下，慢等上列。

The Baifa shows that delusion pertains to both sharp and dull [afflictions], and therefore places it in the middle between the dull and sharp afflictions. The Cheng weishi lun explains that delusion is an unwholesome root, and therefore lists it below greed and anger, and above conceit and so forth.
