答：寶滅道收，作用謂業，即是其因及於皆過去集諦攝，總相而言，過為現因，未來及果苦諦所攝。故《雜集論》第一云：「諦猶豫者，亦攝於寶猶預，如其所應，滅道諦攝。」

Answer: The Jewels are subsumed under cessation and the path. 'Function' refers to karma, which is its cause and is subsumed under the past truth of origin. Speaking in terms of general characteristics, the past is the cause for the present; the future and result are subsumed under the truth of suffering. Therefore, Fascicle 1 of the Abhidharmasamuccaya-bhāṣya says: 'Hesitation regarding the truths also subsumes hesitation regarding the Jewels, as appropriate, subsumed under the truths of cessation and the path.'
