5.463

按〈五十八〉云：又沙門等謂說現法涅槃論者所有邪見，又有橫計諸邪解脫所有邪見，如是諸見是迷滅諦所起邪見。又云：「又彼外道作如是計，我等所行，若行、若道是真行道，能盡能出一切諸苦，如是亦名迷道邪見。」非涅槃法計為涅槃，名非勝計勝；非無漏道實非離苦，計為真道能出於苦，名非淨計淨。

According to Fascicle 58: 'Furthermore, the wrong views of śramaṇas and others who propound theories of nirvāṇa in the present life, and the wrong views of those who arbitrarily conceptualize various false liberations—such views are wrong views arisen from confusion regarding the truth of cessation.' It also states: 'Furthermore, those non-Buddhists form such a conception: "Our practice, whether conduct or path, is the true conduct and path, able to exhaust and escape all sufferings"; this is also called a wrong view confused regarding the path.' Conceiving non-nirvāṇa phenomena as nirvāṇa is called conceiving the non-superior as superior; conceiving what is not the uncontaminated path and not truly free from suffering as the true path able to escape suffering is called conceiving the non-pure as pure.
