苦、集由是因，依處故有情染著。疑有不嗔，滅、道是彼怖畏處故，有情不愛，疑有便恚，疑無翻此，理可准知。

Because suffering and origination are the causes and bases, sentient beings are attached to them; doubting their existence does not lead to anger. Because cessation and the path are places of fear for them, sentient beings do not cherish them; doubting their existence leads to anger, and doubting their non-existence is the reverse of this, as can be known by inference from principle.
