答：如三無色得有見道無漏第八，餘九地有，雖無起義，地法得有。此亦應然。任情取捨，然多許起。

Answer: Just as the three formless realms can have the uncontaminated eighth [consciousness] of the path of seeing, which exists in the remaining nine stages, though there is no sense in which it arises, it can exist as a dharma of that stage. This should also be the case. One may accept or reject either as one wishes, but most concede their arising.
