以全常見得緣他地，例彼我見亦得緣他，無有邊見不依我見。邊見緣他，我見亦爾。

Because the view of total permanence can take another stage as object, it is analogized that the view of self can also take another [stage] as object; there is no extreme view that does not rely on the view of self. Since extreme view takes another [stage] as object, the view of self is also like this.
