答：今此中意不得所引與能引，意一向異性，非是必定令其同性，或順三性不俱師義。

Answer: The intention here is that the induced and the inducing mental consciousness cannot be entirely of different natures, not that they must necessarily be of the same nature; or it conforms to the doctrine of the masters who hold that the three natures do not occur concurrently.
