具如《疏》辨。有義復云：或彼睡眠皆應說云，染、不染中，隨一攝故。若說前因自隨一不成，自說非是思惠想故。若說後因有法為因，違理門故。

This is fully analyzed in the Commentary. Another opinion further says: Alternatively, all those cases of drowsiness should be stated as: 'Because it is included in either defiled or undefiled.' If the former reason is stated, it is unestablished in itself for either side, because one himself states that it is not volition, discernment, or perception. If the latter reason is stated, it takes the subject of the proposition as the reason, which contravenes the Nyāyamukha.
