答：諸心所等所取別相，皆是心王所未了相，既言作意了此未了，明知餘所所取別相皆能了之。

Answer: The particular characteristics grasped by the various mental factors are all characteristics not yet cognized by the primary mind. Since it says that attention cognizes what is not yet cognized by this, one clearly knows that it can cognize all the particular characteristics grasped by the remaining mental factors.
