即彼論云：餘三現行故不成熟。種子故成熟，如生那落迦趣於一向苦，傍生、餓鬼當知亦爾。又六十六異熟無間等，亦三趣同，如前所引。

That same treatise states: 'Because the remaining three are manifest, they do not possess [them]; because of their seeds, they do possess [them], just as beings born in the realm of Naraka experience exclusively painful [feelings], and one should know that animals and hungry ghosts are likewise.' Furthermore, fascicle sixty-six's 'immediately after retribution' and so forth are also identical across the three destinies, as cited previously.
