即《瑜伽論》六十二云：一切異生不能行故，唯除已入遠地菩薩。

That is, Yogācārabhūmi fascicle sixty-two states: Because all worldlings cannot practice it, with the sole exception of bodhisattvas who have already entered the Far-Reaching Stage (dūraṅgamā-bhūmi).
