釋曰：但識所取心外之境，並皆是無，名為唯識；不唯色無得唯識名，論何者？

Explanation: It is simply that all objects external to mind grasped by consciousness are completely nonexistent, which is called vijñapti-mātra; it does not receive the name vijñapti-mātra solely because of the absence of form. The treatise: "Which ones?"
