答：有兩釋，一云據不善說；二云無明發行，皆招三有，違於還滅，故總稱邪。

Answer: There are two explanations. One says it is spoken based on the unwholesome; the other says that volitional formations generated by ignorance all invite the three realms of existence and oppose cessation, and therefore are collectively called perverse.
