據彼總報名色、觸、受而與其識實無前後。或有前後，總報新種諸識熏別，未必同時。第六熏者亦容前後，由此而言有俱前後。若別報識、名色、觸、受及五根等，非無前後。

In terms of the overall retribution, name-and-form, contact, and feeling are actually not sequential with respect to that consciousness. Or there may be a sequence, because the new seeds of overall retribution perfumed distinctly by the various consciousnesses are not necessarily simultaneous. What is perfumed by the sixth [consciousness] also admits of sequence, and for this reason they are said to be both simultaneous and sequential. If it is consciousness, name-and-form, contact, feeling, and the five faculties of particular retribution, they are not without sequence.
