此文來意如《疏》已明。有義彈論云：然此問護法煩文，彼受既非受支，何事須此問？

The context of this passage has already been explained in the Commentary. One opinion criticizes the Treatise, saying: 'However, this question by Dharmapāla is superfluous text; since that feeling is not the feeling branch, what need is there for this question?'
