此牒伏救。伏救意云：經中但云聖不造業，何得以此證內法人亦造業耶？故牒總非引《對法》證。

This cites an implicit defense. The implicit defense intends to say: In the sūtras it only says that noble ones do not generate karma; how can one use this to prove that persons within the Dharma also generate karma? Therefore it cites the general refutation and adduces the Abhidharmasamuccaya-bhāṣya as proof.
