既由前理，諸生上聖下地善等，雖未斷彼雜煩惱法，然彼善等亦名得斷。自然無者，顯不由雜煩惱無故而得斷也。

Since by the previous principle, the lower-stage wholesome [dharmas] and so forth of various noble ones reborn above are also called "abandoned" even though those interspersed defiling phenomena have not yet been abandoned. "Naturally cease to exist" indicates that they are attained as abandoned not because the interspersed defilements have ceased to exist.
