答：總依諸行說有此緣，今此不言望三種行皆成無間，望福、不動成無間故？非福應思。

Answer: This condition is spoken of generally with respect to all formations; here it does not say that it forms an immediate condition with respect to all three kinds of formations, because it forms an immediate condition with respect to meritorious and immovable [formations]; non-meritorious should be considered.
