答：若執有情一、常、主宰，可我非法；但執有體不捨自性，故但法收。

Answer: If one grasped at sentient beings as unitary, permanent, and sovereign, it would be [grasping at] a self and not phenomena; but one merely grasps at them as having an entity without abandoning their intrinsic nature, so it is subsumed under phenomena alone.
