7.23

詳曰：夫有執者必有惠俱，不言有惠皆是其執。由彼有漏心皆許執，故以無惠而為難也。故二解者未為善釋，然不離難，思之可悟。

Detailed analysis: Wherever there is grasping, it must be accompanied by wisdom; it is not said that wherever there is wisdom, it is entirely grasping. Because the other allows that all contaminated minds grasp, he refutes him by means of the absence of wisdom. Therefore, the two explanations are not yet fine expositions; however, they do not depart from the refutation, which can be understood if one reflects on it.
