顯前現行但由仁賢而所起也。或劣、勝別，而分現行、顯現二也。

This shows that the aforementioned manifest activity is arisen solely due to being benevolent and virtuous. Alternatively, by the distinction of inferior and superior, they are divided into the two of manifest activity and clear manifestation.
