未發心求不迨彼位，名未發起及未得也。復未為彼後後諸地修諸正行，名未清淨。
Not having generated the mind to seek, not reaching that stage, is called not yet generating and not yet attained. Furthermore, not yet having cultivated correct practices for those subsequent grounds is called not yet purified.
