志樂不廣，所為非大。又非一行能修一切，名「狹少」也。縱修間斷名為「有缺」，所修諸行不能堅志，有起、不起。或隨六度修於此彼，而無楷准，總名「不定」。隨所修善，或時退捨，名「所得退」。

The resolve and aspiration are not vast, and what is done is not great. Moreover, it is not that a single practice can cultivate all; hence it is called "narrow and minor." Even if one cultivates, intermittent interruption is called "deficient." The various practices one cultivates cannot maintain a firm resolve, with arising and non-arising. Or, following the six pāramitās, one cultivates this or that without any standard; this is collectively called "indeterminate." Following the good that one cultivates, occasionally regressing and abandoning it is called "regression from what was attained."
