此設遮也。設彼例云：若眼等識是異熟心，不有法執法空智俱。四無記中異熟無記，一切應與法空智俱，皆無法執，如第八等。故今答意：異熟名同，執、不執別，不可為例。

This is a hypothetical refutation. Suppose they draw a parallel, saying: "If the eye consciousness and so on are vipāka minds and do not possess dharma-grasping, they would accompany the wisdom of the emptiness of dharmas. Among the four kinds of avyākṛta, vipāka-avyākṛta would all accompany the wisdom of the emptiness of dharmas, and all would lack dharma-grasping, just like the eighth and so on." Therefore, the intention of the answer now is: Although the name vipāka is the same, grasping and non-grasping differ; they cannot serve as a parallel.
