釋曰：永斷習氣擇滅無為，因斷習氣之所得故，得習氣名。信等五根及具知根六所證也。

The explanation states: The analytical cessation of the unconditioned that is the eternal abandonment of latencies, because it is obtained by abandoning latencies, receives the name 'latencies.' It is realized by the six [faculties]: the five faculties beginning with faith, and the faculty of having fully known.
