答：有二義。一據不定聲聞性人根熟者說。彼入自見後迴入大能達賴耶。定性不然。二約種子賴耶識言。三乘皆能知苦斷集。廣如瑜伽論鈔。

Answer: There are two meanings. First, it is stated on the basis of persons of indefinite śrāvaka disposition whose faculties have ripened: after entering their own [path of] seeing, they turn toward the Great [Vehicle] and are able to penetrate the ālaya; those of definite disposition are not so. Second, it is stated in terms of the seed ālaya-vijñāna: all three vehicles are able to know suffering and sever the origin. This is explained extensively as in the Yogācārabhūmi-śāstra-chao.
