7.465

按瑜伽論四十云。謂諸菩薩所受七眾別解脫律儀。依止在家、出家二分名菩薩律戒。謂諸菩薩受律儀戒後。所有一切為大菩提。由身、語、意積集諸善。總說名為攝善法戒。謂諸菩薩於諸有情能引義利。彼彼事業與作助伴等名饒益有情戒。

According to the Yogācārabhūmi, fascicle forty: The prātimokṣa disciplines of the seven classes [of disciples] undertaken by bodhisattvas, based on the two categories of householder and monastic, are called the bodhisattva's discipline of restraint. All the goods accumulated through body, speech, and mind for the sake of great awakening after bodhisattvas have received the discipline of restraint are collectively called the morality of gathering wholesome dharmas. Bodhisattvas bringing about benefit for sentient beings, acting as companions in their various undertakings, and so forth, is called the morality of benefiting sentient beings.
