佛性正是彼岸之體。由能安住名之為到。又彼岸者總攝大乘出世教、理、行、果四也。佛性即是理所攝也。或通於果。

The buddha-nature is precisely the substance of the other shore. Because of being able to abide peacefully [in it], it is called 'reaching'. Furthermore, 'the other shore' completely subsumes the four supramundane aspects of the Mahāyāna: teaching, principle, practice, and fruit. Buddha-nature is subsumed under principle; or it may also apply generally to the fruit.
