詳曰：見等餘惑第九品者，一切應是此微細障，是下品故。既有此濫，故《疏》三品遮簡尤善。

Examining this: If it were the ninth grade of the other afflictions of vision and so forth, they all would have to be this subtle obstacle, since they are the lowest grade. Since there is this confusion, the Commentary's exclusion through the three grades is exceptionally good.
