答：明二見已，既問寧知唯第六俱，既與第七相對問答，第七豈許有我所見？由此故《疏》第二解勝。

The answer is: Having clarified the two views, since it then asks how one knows they are associated only with the sixth [consciousness], and since it is a question-and-answer contrasted with the seventh [consciousness], how could the seventh be admitted to have the view of what belongs to self? Because of this, the Commentary's second interpretation is superior.
